The Board of Electricity adopts the electrical code, including any amendments; adopts rules that regulate the licensure or registration of the electrical industry; and issues final interpretations of the electrical code. Its 11 members are appointed by the governor.
Regular board meetings begin at 9 a.m. in DLI's Minnesota Room. Members may participate by telephone. If so, members of the public may also monitor the meeting electronically by telephone.
