  • Position description – This position exists to administer the provisions of the State Building Code by providing enforcement of state and federal regulations pertaining to licensing of manufactured-home constructors, dealers and installers by applying the principals and applications of the provisions contained in the state's Manufactured Housing and Prefabricated Buildings Codes, as well as certain state and federal statutes and rules.

  • Position description – This position exists to guard the health and safety of occupants and users of buildlings and other facilities in Minnesota through inspection that ensures compliance with the provisions of the Minnesota Plumbing Code and other statutes and rules related to or impacted by plumbing installations. This position also assists in the education, examination and licensing of plumbers, and provides technical support and consultation to municipal inspection programs through the advanced level of understanding of plumbing principles and practices and the uniform application of the Minnesota Plumbing Code.
