MNOSHA adopts federal regulations to improve tracking of workplace injuries and illnesses; final rule
This federal regulation – published in the Federal Register on May 12, 2016 – was adopted by Minnesota OSHA, with the inclusion of all NAICS to Appendix A in subpart E, and became effective in Minnesota on May 21, 2018. All Minnesota employers with 20 or more employees are now required to submit their data to federal OSHA by July 1, 2018.
